Having the assessments with ToHealth onsite at your place of work, provides a more flexible way of operating, making life easier to keep well, access information and share experiences.

The health assessments will be offered over the next two-years. Health assessments are first-come, first-served with more dates being added throughout the year. If you’d like to be added to a waiting list to hear of the next available dates, please complete this form.
For factory-based workers: if you are on shift please speak to your Shift Manager to agree a suitable time before booking.

These comprehensive health assessments provide valuable insights into your current state of health. Includes tests for diabetes, cholesterol, body composition as well as mental wellbeing.
All tests are non-invasive, you do not have to disrobe for the tests and the results will NOT be made available to your employer, your GP or any other third party.
For any colleagues who have results outside of the recommended range, a 15-min follow up telephone call will be offered to you to help improve your health and wellbeing.
