Knowing your key biometrics, like your cholesterol, and understanding your general health status, can help you tailor your lifestyle choices to improve your health and reduce the risk of serious diseases such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes and stroke.
HS2 is offering a company paid health assessment either at your office, in one of our clinics or remotely via a home blood testing kit and telephone consultation.
Grade 19 and below have access to a Wellperson+Cancer assessment every three years and the Essential assessment in other years. Therefore, please select the test below accordingly.
All tests are non-invasive, you do not have to disrobe for the tests and the results will NOT be made available to your employer, your GP or any other third party.
