The Housing Ombudsman Service is offering a company paid Wellperson + Cancer check health assessment either remotely via a home blood test kit and telephone consultation or face-to-face at one of our clinics. You also have the option to upgrade to our executive package for a discounted price. 

These discounted packages are also available for your partner. Below is a breakdown of what is included in each health assessment level. As part of your health screening appointment, you are entitled to additional optional tests to
support your health and wellbeing journey. You are advised to read the test descriptions and
consider the inclusion and exclusion criteria to ensure the test is clinically suitable for you.

All tests are non-invasive, you do not have to disrobe for the tests and the results will NOT be made available to your employer, your GP or any other third party. 

These comprehensive health assessments provide valuable insights into your current state of health. Includes tests for Prostate cancer, Ovarian cancer, diabetes, iron, cholesterol, as well as kidney and liver functions.
