Welcome to Ferrovial’s Lifestyle Change Initiative.

The initiative is a 12-month programme, including three essential health assessments and quarterly coaching sessions with a clinician. It’s a great opportunity to assess your physical health, overall wellbeing, identify possible health risks and receive support from a clinical expert for the entire duration of the programme.

You will be entitled to an essential health assessment every six-months’, interspersed by 1-2-1 coaching. This coaching will be delivered by MS Teams.

To book your appointment:

Select your assessment type i.e. the Essential Health Assessment or Coaching.
Select your location (for coaching, choose the location you are attached to i.e. “Silvertown Coaching”)
Choose a day and a time. Please note, you may need to scroll through the calendar to find availability by clicking on the different dates and arrows.
