This fitness assessment will provide a valuable insight into your current fitness level by calculating your predicted VO2 max.
VO2 Max is the maximum or optimum rate at which the heart, lungs and muscles can effectively use oxygen.
Following the fitness assessment, you can be referred into 6 bespoke coaching sessions. These are for anyone who would like to improve their fitness, stamina, cardiovascular health or make any other lifestyle changes. These sessions are voluntary.
All tests are non-invasive, you do not have to disrobe for the tests and the results will NOT be made available to your employer, your GP or any other third party.
